On 27 Feb 2010, MIB made some works on its web tools, first we imported all Blog and Forum databases, and then:

MIB Blog has been reinstalled from the scratch:
now there are many new features working fine, the Search engine, the new comment module, ecc., and much more useful features under the hood...

MIB Forum has been upgraded to the latest version available, then adding some fixes, optimizations and tuning to speed up.

All now is lighter, and so more responsive and rapid.

Some first tests:
The average time to open a Blog page is now 2.5 secs (before was 6.5)
The average time to open a Forum page is now 1 sec (before was 2.75)

All tests are made with Firefox 3.6 and Fasterfox page chronometer.

Il 27 febbraio sera/notte, il MIB ha fatto dei lavori sul web, prima sono stati importati i precedenti database, e poi:

Il MIB Blog ha subito una reinstallazione dalle fondamenta:
adesso alcuni precedenti moduli funzionano meglio di prima, da notare, il modulo di ricerca, il modulo dei commenti, ecc. ma ci sono anche molte altre cose sotto il cofano...

Il MIB Forum è stato aggiornato alla recente versione disponibile, e dopo sono state apportate alcune correzioni e ottimizzazioni per velocizzarlo.

Adesso tutto è più leggero e di conseguenza più reattivo e rapido.

Da alcuni primi test:
Il tempo medio per aprire una pagina Blog è 2.5 secondi, (prima 6.5)
Il tempo medio per aprire una pagina Forum è 1 secondo, (prima 2.75)

Questi valori sono stati misurati con Firefox 3.6 e il cronometro pagine FasterFox.

Molti ringraziamenti vanno soprattutto a inventore1 e rugyada per il duro lavoro...
