ALERT: Some Mandriva mirrors have several problems...

It seems that many mandriva mirrors are in bad shape, with packages and lists corrupted or not updated

Repositories for Mandriva 2011.0: /MDV +/Restricted +/MIB
viewtopic.php?f=21&t=2993

So, using "Automatic selection for servers (api.mandriva.com)" could lead you to many problems

I mean that if you configured http://api.mandriva.com/mirrors/..., using that part of guide
viewtopic.php?p=16884#p16884
for italian users, it automatically select GARR, but GARR have a ton of unknown problems

or, it's the same thing, if you used the last part of the Guide:
> Mirror 5: ftp://mirror2.mirror.garr.it/ >>> viewtopic.php?p=16887#p16889

and it seems that some french mirrors has other problems too...

SUGGESTION:
I removed previous configured repositories and used ftp://ftp.yandex.ru
applying that part of Guide
viewtopic.php?p=16885#p16885

that mirror works fine, at least for now...

so, it seems tha the problem with repository is general, not only GARR mirror related

Nicco, please note that the x64 repositories in that guide refer to ftp.free.fr and not to ftp.yandex.ru

TYVM, it was wrong, now I fixed it

Replacing
ftp://ftp.free.fr/mirrors/ftp.mandriva. ... cial/2011/
with
ftp://ftp.yandex.ru/mandriva/official/2011/

Please, now check it again!
