How to line up icons on desktop
I would like to line up the many icons on my desktop. Right clicking the mouse on the desktop and clicking: keep aligned produces some sort of starry sky . I s there a way to line them up in neat columns and rows?
Re: How to line up icons on desktop
for me the icons alignment in KDE 4.3.5 is pretty good,
but in my desktop there are only few icons, only a row
so I cannot understand your problem

Re: How to line up icons on desktop
I have tried to add a 220 kb screen print of my starry icons, but adding failed presumably because the upper limit of illustrations has already been reached.
Re: How to line up icons on desktop
try to host your image in imageshack or similar service,
then you can write here the link

Re: How to line up icons on desktop
Manual grouping of the icons is possible but not permanent. After restart a new starry sky emerges.
Is there some workaround to make it permanent?
