There's a big bug in Mandriva Gnome

Hi! Mandriva Gnome contains a big bug with gtk2-murrine-engine because official packagers not apply this patch

I've been packaging the new theme of Ubuntu Lucid, when I've applied the theme I've noticied it was horrible for my seen, and in my ubuntu it looks very pretty.
This theme uses gtk-murrine-engine, I've been investigating about that, I've downloades the sources of murrine from deb package and i've surprised a lot of when i've seen this package applies a patch.
Well, I've repackaged murrine rpm and i've reinstalled it. When I've applied the new ubuntu lucid themes I've seen the themes very pretty.
This bug follows in Mandriva 2010.1 until. I expect this problem be solved soon by Mandriva.
This bug affects all themes based in murrine engine.
