hello everyone
thanks to all the people here who helping the newer users to make their distro more usable and also easy
my Q here
why our mandriva developer and our MIB didn't replace OpenOffice with the libreoffice
because i see that the last one is going to be in 3.4 version in 4 month since now
while the other the 3.3 free version didnt show up while the 3.3 none-free version is out
(( i hate you oracle because this ))
and one more thing i didnt want to interrupt the plan of our MIB developers or our mandriva developers
because that problem is an internal problem
i just want libreoffice more than openoffice because libreoffice developer care about any problem in any language while open office didnt care
look at these Pictures (( the first one is from libreoffice / the second one is from openoffice ))
so how about this idea
libreoffice request

Re: libreoffice request
You can download libreoffice rpm package from libreoffice download page http://www.libreoffice.org/download/ mib don't need to port it because it's already ported to mandriva and to other rpm based distro's and second thing mib didn't port it because it was rc2 or rc1 stage when mandriva 2010.2 was released and openoffice was stable when they released 2010.2 and mib don't port any release candidate packages only stable packages
