Gnome + Metacity(mib package) + compiz = bug

There is some kind of bug using new packages: metacity-2.30.3-1mib2010.2, libmetacity-private0-2.30.3-1mib2010.2 and compiz enabled (DE GNOME).
With compiz disabled all OK.
Look at this picture: look at 'Close' button(not working), 'Menu' button and free space at 'Close' button original place(working as 'Close' button)

No problem with old packages: metacity-2.30.1-2mdv2010.1 and libmetacity-private0-2.30.1-2mdv2010.1 (compiz disabled/enabled)

Disabling metacity theme use in gconf editor isn't good solution

Can someone reproduce this bug.
And fix it if possible.

Well, use Emerald while i find a solution. Anyway, I don't use Compiz, because it works very bad, usually.
Are you using some Gnome theme with nautilus elementary?

Me too , but for me worked fine.
This report i create based on three reports from local forum, guys just using default themes and updated only from official and MiB repos.

Yes i have patched gnome-elementary from Turkish repo: ftp://ftp.linux.org.tr/pub/mandriva-tr/ ... i586/free/ same problem with default mandriva gnome themes like iaora etc.
(Ubuntu themes in MiB repo have only this "long" 'Menu' button bug, 'Close' button normal.)

Well, the problem is not metacity, the problem is Compiz. I've repackaged metacity with new patch and the problem persist.
A way to solve the problem is enabling Emerald.
Perhaps updating Compiz to 0.9.4 version be able to solve the problerm, but I don't have many time for it

for now, until a real solution, we can suggest, to avoid the metacity

from root, edit
/etc/urpmi/skip.list

adding some lines

metacity
libmetacity

and save it
