It's available:
Kernel 2.6.38.1 + -NRJ and -NRJ-PAE for 2010.1, 2010.2

in the Topic are present all the instructions to install it

I have found a module that won't build. dkms-dvb-testing. Its used with a QAM Tuner card (TV capture card) of mine.
