0.142 version of SDLMame was released.

Here we have latest working SDLMAME 0.142u4 and SDLMESS 0.142u3

We added what we think to be the best FRONTEND for those emulators: QMC2
We had to get a b20 svn because the b19 was found not working with SDLMESS

> qmc2-0.2.b19 > not working with SDLMESS so we get > qmc2-0.2.b20-0.svn2840
> sdlmame-0.142u4
> sdlmame-extra-data-0.142u4
> sdlmess-0.142u3 (u4 patch had problems so we deciced to stay with u3)
