RPM Package Request: linux-userspace-headers
Virtualbox DKMS errors are probably caused by mismatch of linux-userspace-headers symbols. Please advise on providing a linux-userspace-headers package for 2.6.36.4

I use VMPlayer and don't know VBox,
but it seems me strange that the solution to your problem could be there...
