RQUEST : elsa package

hello developers

i want to make a rquest here for that package

because task-e17 is not a complete metapackage (( for me )) because it need the entrance package

but the developers there said to me that this package is no longer maintained by its packager and developer

and they suggest to me to replacing it with the new project there its called (( elsa ))

so how about making a package for it
