Request: cclive 0.7.4.1

Post by King_DuckZ »

- version of mandriva in use: 2010.2
- arch: x86_64
- link to software home page: http://cclive.sourceforge.net/
- link to source download: http://sourceforge.net/projects/cclive/ ... z/download

My coworker made me know this software to watch videos from the internet. It is lightweight and works with command line, can be piped with mplayer or save the video stream to disk. I couldn't find it on mandriva's repository, nor libquvi (one of its dependencies). I'm trying to compile it righ now, but as usual, having a centralized version has plenty of advantages, so would someone at MiB be so kind to provide it?

Will be done tomorrow (if it builds and works fine).

Indeed, Minitube is worth of trying. I'm not sure if it supports as many sites as cclive but it's the most popular programs to download videos from YouTube.

Meanwhile, libquvi is updated to 0.2.19 and backported to 2011 and 2010.2 (contrib/backports). cclive 0.7.6 is also packaged for cooker (contrib/release), 2011 and 2010.2 (contrib/backports).
