i found a solution

in ~/.mozilla
there is a file block.xml

i search all ocurences "severity="0"
then
i replace them by "severity="3"

explanation :
i have a plugin java 1.7-05.
i disabled this plugin since several days

it seems when severity=0 for a plugin then FF15 opens a plugincheck page to alert you to update a plugin

i don't like this new feature; user must have the choice to disable the alert after one time or 2

my choice is to disable the plugin till i update it
