webcam(gspca) doesn't work with kernel 3.4 and 3.5

Webcam using gspca driver does not work (black screen) with kernel 3.4 and 3.5
it seems gspca is not compliant with new feature (new isoc bandwidth negotiation code)
last kernel without pb is 3.2.28
