MIB inside Mandriva Assembly

Post by Dago68 »

We are proud to announce that MIB has been recognized as International MUG.

A MUG (acronym for Mandriva User Group) is a group of Mandriva Linux users.

MIB, although founded by Italian people, is not limited exclusively to users coming from Italy, but includes among its members, subscribers and supporters coming from all around the world and for this reason we believe that the definition of Italian community doesn’t reflect the reality of the facts.

Rugyada is our official MIB representative for Mandriva Assembly.

The main reason of our choice is that she isn’t part of our developers, but she collects users requests and suggestions, and keeping the contacts between them and our packagers.

This is what she’ll continue to do, so that we hope to succeed even better in our desire to be a “connecting bridge” between users and our beloved distribution.

That's nice. :) No doubt Rugyada will be very good representative.
