is there any hope to have kde 4.10?

because there still are several pbs with kmail2+akonadi+nepomuk and they ares solved in the futur kde 4.10

for example : filter of type "from <address> move to <folder pathname>" does not work.

Very few!

Nowdays the most of libs present in 2010 are really too old and don't satisfate the minimal requirements to permit a viable porting of KDE 4.9, so 4.10 would be even more difficult, if not impossible...

if we would replace major versions of important libs, than we should need to rebuild all the 2010 packages, like a mass rebuild for /main, and we can't...

We'll install the new ROSA 2012.1 and OpenMandriva 2012/2013, when available, and only for these new distro versions, we will go on with backports...
