BlueGriffon HTML editor

My Rosa Fresh 2012.1 (and my OpenMandriva(?) Beta 2012) 64bit no longer sport the BlueGriffon HTML editor. I had it on Mdv2011 (but don't remember which repository I used). I know it can be easily adapted to OpenMdv 2012 because I did it (but now forget how). Can it be restored?

On this topic, what are some good alternatives?

Hi Mayavimmer,
BlueGriffon 1.6.1 is now on our server for Rosa Desktop Fresh 2012.1 32/64.
Next days you can download it directly from ours repositories.

Ugh, for some reason I urpmi'ed the 1.5.2 version from abf.rosalinux.ru contrib/updates rather than the 1.6.1 version from my mirrors.coreix.net basic which is enabled and just manually updated. What's wrong?

It's my fault, I'm sorry,
yesterday I had to update the lists but I could not
You can download locally the rpm an install from your hd, or waiting for media_info update

Hi Mayavimmer,
this package is in MIB repository so you must add ours repositories or do :
Code: Select all
urpmi http://mib.pianetalinux.org/MIB/rosa2012.1/64/basic/bluegriffon-1.6.1-69-mib2012.1.x86_64.rpm
to have it
Regards

I do have the MIB repos enabled, as I explained. The problem is the lists which need updating, as NicCo explained.

installazione di bluegriffon-1.6.1-69-mib2012.1.x86_64.rpm da /var/cache/urpmi/partial
In preparazione... #####################################################################

@tobal, could you also post the English language error message? You can do this easily by launching bluegriffon from the command line, preceded by the default language spec:

Of course,
Tools->Add-ons
Code: Select all
XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://mozapps/content/extensions/extensions.xul?type=extensions
Line Number 218, Column 7: <richlistitem id="category-languages" value="addons://list/locale"
------^
Thanks

I also have the same error as @tobal after installing bluegriffon-1.6.1-69-mib2012.1.x86_64 so I am removing the [DONE] from the title, I guess. I don't know if it is an upstream problem or a MIB packaging one.
