- update patches:
  * tuxonice-for-linux-3.0.101-2013-10-23.patch
- update: 4 patches for new BFQ I/O scheduler, from v6r2 to v7r2 release
- fixed .spec: add BuildRequires to accomplish all build requests better
- replaced the /ftp.kernel.org download files from .bz2 with .xz format
