I inform you that in a couple of hours, all the updates available on ROSA X1, will be copied also in /main/updates:
so, all the ROSA Marathon installations will be full synced with the same packages present in ROSA Enterprise X1!

Warning: If You are ROSA Marathon users, better be ready to accept all the next very important updates! :)
POST EDIT by A.Burmashev ML - wrote:Hello, all packages that were used while building Marathon X1 iso images were pushed to ABF.
It may take some time until they will be synced to the official mirrors.
Main featuress are listed in offical blog entry

What i personally would pay attention to -
* new kernel 3.0.69
* new rpm 5.4
* new db5.2

Rosa released few days ago (10 april) a new version of ROSA 2012.1 Desktop Fresh that include all update. Marathon is updated too. Is there any difference? What is the best for new installation?

As, in general > ROSA Marathon = 2012.0 - ROSA Fresh = 2012.1
I think it needs a general Topic about this... perhaps in Guides/Tutorials?

Sometimes, it could be useful reading other Topics in MIB forums,
infact I'd just written a msg with an answer to the same question:
viewtopic.php?p=21789#p21789

BTW, you would know that now we are preparing a new version of ROSA Fresh:
it should be called "ROSA Fresh RP1" and is sheduled to be for mid/end of May,
the project has just started, so it's too early to know something more precise,
it might contain new kde 4.10, kernel 3.8, x14/mesa9.1(?), and much more...
