Re: Kernel-vanilla-nrj-desktop & -laptop 3.10.0 for ROSA & O
I've tried kernel-vanilla-nrj-desktop-3.10.0-1 in OM-Cooker and Rosa Fresh. In both instances nvidia driver (304.88) won't install. I'm wondering if I may need to update or add some other package for the kernel module to Build? # urpmi -v --auto-select ... nvidia (304.88): Installing module. ..........

OpenMandriva QA team is organizing.
OpenMandriva QA team is organizing. http://wiki.openmandriva.org/en/QA We're just getting started, getting organized, planning and so forth. I'm wondering if I/we could make contact with people in QA at ROSA? We are just getting started and are few in number. We should have bugzilla up soon and will...

Re: Can't print from Firefox and Thunderbird.
I had a similar problem in the past (but I have an Epson EPL-6200 PS3 printer, so perhaps the things differs from what you're seeing)... I resolved it when I noticed that in File - Page setup window the html page is always formatted for "Any Printer": you guess it, by explicity selecting my printer...

Can't print from Firefox and Thunderbird.
Printer is HP Photosmart 6520 (hp:/usb/Photosmart_6520_series?serial=CN29B1513505TZ). In openSuSE and Fedora this printer is discovered and configured automatically. All I had to do was turn it on. So it seems to be well supported in Linux. In Rosa Fresh I had to configure it with '>System settings>...

Re: Xorg 13 port, full enabled, for ROSA Desktop.Fresh 2012
Reading the google translation to English it appears that these packages may be more intended for nouveau. In trying them they didn't work well on this computer with nvidia so I used urpm-reposync to revert to ROSA packages for the time being.
