Well, the same occurs also in Marathon 2012, and if I'm not wrong also in Mandriva 2011 (cannot say for sure - Mandriva 2011 disappeared from my pcs long time ago )

Request:
We would like to have "Your favourite apps" in SimpleWelcome
(in main window - first tab)
We suggest action like: right click on app icon > Add to favourites.

Re: ROSA 2012.1 - request list from the Community
i agree.
Maybe there is a reason why it is called SimpleWelcome
I too would like it was not so Simple.
postedit
i think that "recents" have not to be in the opening menu, but in a separate tab.
so we would have 4 tabs (Welcome/Applications/Recents/TimeFrame)

Re: ROSA 2012.1 - request list from the Community
I guess it's normal behavior, Virtual Box specific. It's unlikely anyone is really going to watch videos in Virtual Box so changing default video output to unaccelerated x11 doesn't make much sense.NicCo wrote:[*]ROSA Media Player menu:
In vbox, when you play a video, the pull down menu are not visible, the same happens with smplayer, but you can succeed to change the video in x11 and then it works
Ok, if it's needed, let's add itNicCo wrote:[*]plasma-applet-note is missing.
It would be great if present as necessary

I don't agree completely.Pulfer wrote:I guess it's normal behavior, Virtual Box specific. It's unlikely anyone is really going to watch videos in Virtual Box so changing default video output to unaccelerated x11 doesn't make much sense.NicCo wrote:[*]ROSA Media Player menu:

Probably in my life i will never use RMP to watch videos, but tests are made mainly in vbox.
In this way i can test smplayer, not RMP.
Ciao, Luca.

Re: ROSA 2012.1 - request list from the Community
1) SimpleWelcome has a limit of 14 places, but i can handle more places in dolphin.
2) In SW probably places are cached on start. If i add or remove a place from dolphin, in SW nothing happens. i have to logout/login, so places are updated.
Ciao, Luca.
