You can read about new features here:

I've updated KF5 to 5.17.0, changes are listed here:

Actually, 5.5.0 has already gone since last week. Plasma 5 is now updated to 5.5.1 version.
One can see the time of update in my screenshot.

KDE apps are on the way.
Whereas Plasma5 updates run smoothly in my system (I've got not one complaint in console), developers are ATM fighting in order to fix an issue which prevents some other packages to compile and/or work properly.

And few seconds ago, I've received another communication by TPG

Merry X-mas to you all.

Looking for help with updating kapps to 5.12.0, especially digikam to 5.0.0-beta2 :)

Cheers

Stay tuned!

You (rugyada) are right! Thanks! :)
I made a copy/past of an old TPG msg to inform our users about progress,
and especially concerning the availability of new KDE PLASMA 5.5.x serie...

From the source of isos, we can see that 64bit development is going great

PLASMA+SDDM+x86_64 iso
https://abf.io/platforms/cooker/products/136

the newest ISO is #13845, inside there is Plasma 5.5.1
https://abf.io/platforms/cooker/product ... ists/13845

You can install that ISO, downloading updates will be in Plasma 5.5.2

--------------------------

while 64bit is already in a good shape, 32bit is left behind,
currently the i586 ISO is unavailable
there are still few unresolved issues with the 32bit platform

Did you test the updates?
I did, and I'd suggest to wait. Console currently do complaints about several conflicts.

A few time after, I've been able to update to Plasma 5.5.2.
However we're having a lot of apps segfaults.
